What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Ovarian Cancer Or Infertility?

Hi Doctor,
I had an Pap Smear and U/S done and the report says:
acute inflammation infiltrate.
Bulky Ovaries and multiple small folliciles present.

Please suggest the meaning and if their is any sign of Ovarian Cancer or infertility. My periods are regular.

I do not know how old you are, but I want to reassure you that a bulky ovary with follicles is completely normal for a woman of menstrual age at the correct time in her cycle. Follicles are just immature eggs lined up waiting to be ovulated. If you have regular menstrual cycles there is no reason to suspect you have infertility. And inflammation on a Pap smear is also a normal finding and no risk for cancer. I hope this answers your question and have a good day.
