Hello
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You are 46,ths means that you are in perimenopause.
This condition can explain some of your symptoms like nervousness and sweating.

At the other side, all your symproms(excessive sweating, nervousness, diarrhea and stomach pain) can be symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

In my opinion ,you have a condition called Factitious hyperthyroidism.
This happend when you have higher-than-normal thyroid hormone levels in the blood that occur from taking too much thyroid hormone medicine.

For this reason,i suggest to do the TSH test and than to consult your local endocrinologist because you may need to adjust the dosis of your thyroid pill.

Hope this is helpful.
If you have other doubts, feel free and ask.
Best regards.
