What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Gout?

Hello, my fiance has a certain times during the day (ex. after working a long day) having sharp pains sometimes in his fingers, arms, and legs. We researched his symptoms and we think he had gout. He's been to doctors and a couple trips to the er and no one is telling him anything specific. What are your reccommedations?

Rheumatologist 's  Response
what you are describing does not seem to be gout.
gout generally attacks a single joint at a time makes the joint red hot and
tender.
and the inflammation generally last for a few days.
the levels of uric acid are generally raised in this condition.
what you are describing looks like a overuse pain codition.
it would be better to get his TSH, vitamin D levels checked.
