What Are The Symptoms Of Potential HIV?

Hello Sir

My name is Alex, I had sex with a lady on 9th May 2010 but, my condom was teared while having sex and since that day I am very worried about HIV infection. The other thing is after three days having that sex, there is a white dirt close to yellow color coming up from my penis and this made me even more worried that I can't concentrate on my work. Please help me what should I do. and when do I check my self for HIV.

Just after 3 of sex NO symptoms of HIV can appear.
As you mentioned that condom was ruptured , so this will count as UNPROTECTED SEX i.e.highly risky . If that lady was an HIV infected , there is chance of getting infection by you is more ( if lady have higher titer of HIV , presence of more virulent strains of virus ).
HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of primary infection ( contract period ).
So get in rapid P 24 NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION test ( pcr ,rna) for confirmation of HIV.
Since pus type yellow color fluid is cominf , this may be due to:
1 Gonorrhea , as incubation period is 2 - 10 day and all symptoms are an indication , so get in a gram stain of urethral specimen showing polymorphonuclear cells ( PMNS) with intracellular gram negative diplococci is considered as diagnostic.
2 Syphilis , get in VDRL for confirmation.
3Chlamydia trachomatis , diagnosis can be confirmed by McCOY or HeLa cells test.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion and deal as mentioned .
