What Are The Symptoms Of Possible Heart Attack?

Hi for the past week I ve been getting twinges in the right side of my Chest very frequently also when I take deep breaths in all my chest tightens up like there s loads of pressure it s really worrying me could this be a sigh of a heart attack or what could it be?

Hi,
Your symptomes are not suggestive for heart attack.
It is more likely pleuritis, if you have cough, tempreture. If not it can be eather costochondritis or vertebra problem, or myalgia.
If complains are severe you should see your doctor, for investigations and treatment.
