What Are The Symptoms Of Pancreatitis?

what are the symptoms of Pancreatitis? I have family history on paternal side going back 2 generations of Crohns, Diverticulitis, Ulceractive Colitis, and all had Gall bladder removed due to repeated episodes of Gall stones.. I had several stool sample testing with results of excessively high fat content, despite being a vegetarian, on gluten free diet, and lactose free. Restricting fat intake to less than 20 grams daily, high fiber and protein. Have Uncle pass from colon cancer as well. I have had 4 surgeries to close Fistulas. The first abscessed so badly that it explode d and I developed Mercer.. I took antibiotics for weeks, but my Immune system is week. I have lost 80 pounds in last 4 months and continue to loose at a rate of 2-4 lbs. per week. Chronic fatigue, cramping pain and bouts of diarrhea, after 2-3 days of no bowel movements at all.. I am seeing a Gastroenterologist and have had so many tests but know diagnosis or treatment as of yet. Should there be a specific test done to help me get answer to this on going problem?
