What Are The Symptoms Of Ovarian Cancer?

I frequently need to wee, have sharp pains regularly in my upper abdomen, and have had a headache for months. I have had two separate doses of antibiotics for a sinus infection but they haven't worked. I have had a blood test for diabetes and helicobacter bacteria and both tests were clear. Waiting to get an appointment for an ultrasound. I am 53 and still have the odd period. I am worried that I have ovarian cancer. Would there be other symptoms apart from the two I have mentioned?

Ovarian cancer can have the following symptoms
Vaginal bleeding or discharge from your vagina that is not normal for you.
Pain in the pelvic or abdominal area (the area below your stomach and between your hip bones).
Back pain.
Bloating, which is when the area below your stomach swells or feels full.
