What Are The Symptoms Of Mumps ?

how to know if i have mumps? i have swollen part below my jaw, it only started last saturday. first thing i noticed i have something like little ball below my jaw and its really strange to me. but now both of my ears are swelling and had a problem to chew. is this really a mumps? im female & 29 yrs old now and i thought thats only happen in kids. what will i do, please help ....

hi, welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.
this doesnt sound like mumps. mumps usually occurs in front of ears not below jaw. check if your throat is infected or any problem with the gums. spreading on to ear is a weird thing. you ll need to take an antibiotic but its better you consult a doctor for the same. takecare of your health.
