What are the symptoms of menopause?

Hi im 48yrs old i went to see my dr because I think i might be going through menopause i had a period in july twice in a mont ant then as of now i have not had anothe period since my hormonal leaves were not high as if i was going through menopause i did two pregnancy tests and both were negative i have an appointment with mynob within the next week maybe you might have somewhat of an answer
