What Are The Symptoms Of Menopause?

I am most likely 14 weeks pregnant - I will find out for sure tomorrow - but I already feel quickening, have changes in my body, how you might ask did I not figure out I was pregnant until this past weekend. It was when I felt quickening then I realize I was, over the last two years I have missed and skipped many cycles - I am suppose to be in menopause - I know this is extremely high risk as I am 53 and scared.

Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. As you are going to get confirmation, please wait to plan further management until the result. It is also possible that this may be another missed period. This calls for an assessment of your hormone status and correction if needed. If, however, it happens to be pregnancy, a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route is done to see if the fetus is growing normally. Nuchal scan and anomaly scan can be done to rule out anomalies. If fine, the pregnancy can be continued if you wish, with a little extra precautions. Please do not stress, all will be fine. Take care.
