I think my 7 year old grandson has the measles we think. He has 3 younger sisters. The youngest almost 5 months old. He is not itchy. He has spots on his face & arms. How do we know it is the measles & how concern should we be with the 5 month old. Today is the first days spots appear. None of the girls have spots.
