Hello,

My opinion is that you should have urinalysis and culture for urine done. It can be infection of the prostrate or enlarged prostrate, blockade of urinary tract due to kidney stone that is causing pain, weakness and fatigue. Continue to take the medications prescribed as it will work if you have UTI. Visit ER, get examined get all investigations (USG, CT, VCUG) done. Treatment will depend upon the diagnosis, take plenty of water, stay away from stress.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
