Hi, thank you for posting.

The symptoms of renal failure are:
- Vomiting and nausea.
- Diarrhea which may lead to dehydration.
- Weight loss.
- Nocturnal urination with pale urine.
- Blood in the urine(Hematuria).
- Swelling of the legs, ankles, feet, face or hand.
- Back pain.
- Weakness.
- Anemia.
- Dizziness.
- Azotemia.
- Low blood pressure.
These are the most common symptoms of renal failure, but however to determine the diagnosis you need:
1. eGFR level test(estimated glomerular filtration rate).
2. Complete blood count.
3. Urine test(proteinuria).
4. Glucose test, on an empty stomach.
5. Abdominal ultrasound.
6. Kidney biopsy.

Contact your nephrologist.

I hope you find this helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
