hie doctor. im a 26 year old lady and a few days ago i put on these surgical earings and my ears began to hurt and now i have developed a small lump behind my ear where my lymph nodes maybe. i have seen these on HIV positive people and im frightened. i last went for blood tests a few weeks back and i was fine. my neck is now a bit sore and the lump doesnt show unless i look opposite direction and its not painful itself. what could be the cause of this?
