i was into a relationship for a year ... i was into a physical relationship..later i realised he was a married person... i ended the relationship that was lart year feb2009.
since then i have this fear of aids after reading magazines etc.. in the month of march i got a vdr tested it was negative hbsag hiv rapid test all these were negative... im still scared.. its two months now i havent slept properly

After sexual relation you got VDRL , negative .
Hbasg HIV test ,negative .
So you are not having any HIV infection . These are sign and symptoms of HIV :
Fever , pharyngitis, lymphadenopathy, headache/retro-orbital pain , arthralgias /myalgias , lethargy/malaise, anorexia/loss of weight . nausea/ vomiting/diarrhea.
Erythematous maculopapular rash.
Mucocutaneous ulcearation( tongue ).
In my opinion you didn't have any of these symptoms , so you are unnecessarily worrying.
Still , if you have any doubt , get in Western blot nucleic acid amplification test ( pcr, RNA ) for confirmation.
