What Are The Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure?

Hi, I think I may have high blood pressure. I used one of the machines in Walmart and it was 141/104. Later that night it was 152/107, for the past two years I ve noticed that I get out of breath way faster than usual. (blow drying my hair) and lately have been getting weird heart palpitations. I took my blood pressure a few minutes ago and it was 146/119.its been about two weeks since I took it at Walmart. Is this a cause for concern? Im only 32

Yes, this is cause for concern.
Your diastolic blood pressure is very high.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test).
You may need antihypertensive and other cardiac supportive drugs.
Strict salt restriction in diet is required.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Loose weight if you are obese. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
