What Are The Symptoms Of Gonorrhea Or Syphilis?

I went to the hospital for discharge, vaginal smells and abdominal pain. They told me it was either gohnnorea or cyphyllis. (Sorry if those are misspelled). However, the tests came back negative but I was already treated for it. Now I m having similar problems again. I thought I was on my period still so I inserted a tampon. What I got when I pulled it out was a complete surprise. It was a lighter green color on it. I am still having smells that consistently make me uncomfortable as embarrassed. I m having no itching or pain urinating. What could this be?

Hi!

As per your description you may be suffering from vulvovaginitis most probably trichomoniasis( greenish n foul discharge) . I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist n get few tests n examinations done:
1. vaginal examination
2. culture and KOH for the vaginal discharge
and if tests are positive you n your partner both are to be treated simultaneously , if you are sexually active.
