What Are The Symptoms Of Gastroenteritis?

Hi my baby is 1 year old and suffers from diarrhea like 5 times daily,runny yellow green and sour smelling..he was also vomitting yesterday until pediatrician said he might have gastroenteritis,put him on restropinal( to control vomitting),panadrex for low grade fever and pedialyte but no antibiotics..he is also teething..

Continue same medicines only but if having persistent fever than get stool routine microscopy done...if bacterial than will start antibiotics...wit teething motion frequency may increase but there should be no fever..
