Hello
History of stress and stomach pain on eating might be related to Duodenal ulcer or acid peptic disease due to stomach hyperacidity

I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them to take pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids or syrup sucralfate for 3 to 5 days
You should avoid spicy food and hot and junk food.
Complete abstinence of alcohol and smoking
Avoid stress and anxiety and remain cheerful

If it doesn't improve with these than you should consult a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy and further evaluation

If you can write back to me with your age and complete medical history so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes
