What are the symptoms of endometriosis? I have on and off say a space of weeks to then months I’ll have strong bloating pain in my lower abdomen ovaries will feel bloated and very very painful. What should I do to help if I don’t want to keep taking pain killers every time this happens ?

In endometriosis painful menstruation, pelvic pain, cramp, excess bleeding etc presentation can be seen

For that Hormonal pill or progesterone like medication therapy can be prescribed

Antifibrinolytic agent like trenexemic acid prescribed if bleeding present
