What Are The Symptoms Of Endometriosis?

Hello
I recently (December 2015) went off the Pill so that I can start trying to conceive.
Since then, I have done 3 IUIs with no luck. Each time I had developed eggs that were released ( I have no issue with ovulation). I know it has only been 6 months- however when I went to go see a fertility specialist he suggested that I may have Endometriosis, although I do not have the symptoms described other than some cramps on Day 1 of my period. I am wondering if 6 months would be enough time to develop a severe case of Endometriosis after the pill and/or is it just timing/not enough time trying?

(All blood tests and fertility tests came out good- no issues, and there is no male factor). I am 30- very healthy.
