What Are The Symptoms Of Early Pregnancy?

What symptoms will I have if implantation was successful? The start of my period was exactly 3 weeks ago. I am exhausted, had a bad backache end of last week for 2 days, feel slightly nauseous and have mild cramps today, took a negative pregnancy test yesterday (I know it s too soon). Also, what s the earliest I can take the next test? Thanks in advance.

Following are the feature of implantation bleeding:
It will occur 2-3 days around the expected period date.
Very light and just like spotting
Colour: pinkish or dark brown,
Only for 1-2 days, associated with mild cramps.

Your symptoms are variable for pregnancy.
Most important sign of pregnancy is the absence of period.

Earliest test to detect the pregnancy is the blood HCG test.
It will detect just after 10 days after the unprotected sex.

Urine pregnancy test will detect the pregnancy 8-10 days after missed period.
Take proper rest, tablet ibuprufen and avoid stress
