I am doing the regular blood tests in every month and the readings are as follows – around 127 during the pasting and 138 post. Do I needs to take medicines? Some time I getting a burning sense on my right legs on regular intervals, is this because of Sugar variation?

The classical triad of diabetes symptoms is: thirst, increased urine production and weight loss. Many other symptoms can be attributed to diabetes or its complications.
You fasting blood sugar level of 127 mg/dL is beyond the cut-off point of diabetes diagnosis. If I understood well, you were having repeated measurements and your glucose was at this level. If you were tested by a laboratory (and not self-measured) then you have diabetes and you need treatment. If not, then I suggest you do an oral glucose tolerance test.
If you do have diabetes then yes, you need treatment. Being physically active helps a lot and a healthy diet is essential.
Your fluctuating burning sensation has nothing to do with blood sugar variation. Diabetic neuropathy can cause leg symptoms after some years of diabetes. Since you were tested regularly it is unlikely that your diabetes is not of recent onset. Prediabetes is not supposed to cause such symptoms.
Kind Regards!

Hai,

I appreciate your concern.
As your fasting and postprandial seems to be within normal.
no need for any medication at this movement.
diet control, exercise (yoga) will keep good at your blood sugar level.

I advise you to go for HBA1c test to assess the average level of blood sugar in the past 6 months.

weight loss, frequent urination, increased appetite will be the common symptoms in diabetes.

burning sensation in legs may occur in B12 deficiency as well as uncontrolled diabetes.

Thank you
