Hi,

Collagen vascular diseases are auto immune but Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Marfan’s syndrome and osteogenesis imperfecta are hereditary. If you have joint pain, difficulty in swallowing, fever, fatigue, photosensitivity or rash means you may get checked for rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, systemic sclerosis, etc.

Please consult your doctor and get it done. Early diagnosis always gives you good outcome. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
