What Are The Symptoms Of Cauda Equina Syndrome?

I had bilateral laminectomy L3-S1, 14 weeks ago. I am still in a lot of pain. I can t walk more than 20-30 paces. My left leg is weaker 4 on a 5 scale. I have been having some bowel incontinence, more like a fecal leakage that I do not feel when it comes out. My neurosurgeon ordered an MRI. I got the report today. I have a herniated disc at L2-3 that I did not have pre-op. I also have right L4 nerve impingement with pain in my right hip. I have a history of DDD and I have bulging discs L1-5. Could I possibly have cauda equina syndrome? I have an apt with neurosurgeon tomorrow. I am wondering if surgery might be indicated.
