What Are The Symptoms Of Brain Tumour?

I think I have a brain tumor. Everyone thinks I’m crazy because it’s fairly rare. I’ve been having a lot of symptoms. Nausea, poor appetite, vision problems, weakness, I have a hemmorage behind my left eye(I don’t know if that’s a symptom of a brain tumor but I thought it was important to keep in) fatigue, sluggishness, headaches, sensitive to sounds, and some minor speech problems. I would like to know if this could be a brain tumor. I have an appointment with my doctor, but I want to know now if it’s a possibility.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

To be very honest these symptoms like headache, weakness, poor appetite, etc., cannot be symptoms of brain tumour, these mostly occur due to other causes but not brain tumor. Symptoms of brain tumor are:
- unconsciousness
- seizures
- very abnormal behavior
- gross decrease in vision and persistent headache with vomiting or low vision.
What you have are rarely caused by brain tumor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
