hi, the usual symptoms of brain tumor are non-specific i.e. headache, giddiness, heaviness in head specially when we change position of head, some weakness in a part of body, or altered sensation in a part of body. the symptoms depend on the site of tumor also. as u have got a strong family history, u should have a chat with an oncologist, who will calculate ur risk of having tumor. get a CT scan or MRI of head done to rule out malignancy.
