autism is a developmental abnormality with qualitative deficit of communication skills and restricted repetitive behaviours and activities.the following are some of is important symptoms :
1)developmental regression in toddlers.
2)lack of proto declarative pointing(pointing index finger at some object or person of interest)
3)lack of or abnormal communication skills
4)abnormal speech, interactions and abnormal responses to environmental stimuli.

I feel any of those symptoms mentioned by you do not point at autism.still if you are doubtful, you can go to a
psychiatrist who will give you a questionnaire for screening for autism.even
depression can sometimes present with such symptoms.hope my answer clarifies your doubts.any Rutherford queries, please let me know.its my pleasure to be of any help to you.wish you and your family a very happy, healthy and peaceful new year 2018.thank you.take care.bye.
