Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case. Rheuamatoid arthritis is known cause of anemia. Also if you are taking methotrexate than chances of anemia can be due to folic acid deficiency.
I would recommend you following.
1. Take Iron and folic acid.
2.Eat carrot, spinach, tomato, papaya and other iron rich food.
3.Make sure that you are not having any other problem like liver or piles.
iron deficiency anemia can be treated easily. You can change some of your medicines also. I hope this answer will be useful for you. If there is any other follow up questions than you can ask.
thanks
