What Are The Symptoms Of Anxiety In A Child?

Yes my daughter is 6 Years old and she started having strange episodes when she was a little over 2 years old, she jumps and down an flaps her hand, she is very hyper and I m assuming very anxious, and she says she is not able to control it, but is aware of doing it, she even makes these weird faces like a big yarn or something very often. I am not for sure what it is?

Hello there I have read through your question and can understand your concern. Your daughter is showing signs of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It is a neurodevelopmental disorder. She needs proper assessment by a psychologist. If diagnosis is confirmed it can be controlled by counselling and lifestyle changes. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
