Hello and welcome to HVM.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Getting angry and mood disturbances may be due to long term impact of previous stroke on personal and professional life. The symptims you mentioned are not of stroke.
Symptoms of stroke are headache, vision blurring, altered sensations on any part of body, difficulty in speaking or swallowing, inability to move any part of body etc
If any of these occur, immediately refer to your consulting physician or neurologist.
For now, keep regular folliw ups with your doctor.
Take regular medications.
Regular physical activity ,avoiding smoking drinking, healthy diet will provide prevention against stroke.
Yoga and meditation advised for destressing mind.
If mood disturbances continue, consult psychological counselling or treatment under psychiatrist.

Hope I answered your query.
Thanks and regards.
