What Are The Symptoms Of A Sprain In The Wrist?

I fell on my wrist during volleyball a little over a week ago and I still can't bear any weight or apply force with the wrist. Is this something I should be worried about or is it just a sprain? I can move it freely without any pain but I again cannot use it.
