What Are The Symptoms Of A Potential Pregnancy?
i have nausea, lower back pain, headaches, heartburn, period cramps but no period when i shoud have had it. I had spotting for 2 days, a day with none and then 2 days with bleeding, no cramps or anything about a week before i should have had my period. also peeing a lot and tired way more than usual. hungry all the time, bloody snot, emotional. i have been costipated and gassy. could i be pregnant? did a home pregnancy test, came back negative but i know one was too early to tell for sure.
