What Are The Symptoms Of A Narcissistic Sociopath?

I have a step son thats 34 years old and a marine vet with many years in war zones. He and I get along fine then all of a sudden for no reason something happens in his life and he blames it on me and I have nothing to do with the problem. He glares at me as though he wants to kill me. I m a little scared of him. He goes wild trying to tear up cars trucks motorcycles etc. What should I do? I ve been reading and I think he is narcissistic sociopath

Considering the symptoms, In my opinion your step son has an antisocial and narcissistic personality disorder, but this history isn't enough to put the right diagnosis.
It is needed a consult of your step son with a neuropsychiatrist as soon as possible. The doctor will ask him about his feelings and his thoughts and then decide the right treatment.
