A large clump of flesh with veins just came ou5 of my vagina after period like bleeding and cramps. i had a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago and was negative, and got my depo shot. the mass is about 3 inches long by 3 inches and is circular. did i have a miscarriage?

You can go for a betaHCG test immediately to rule out pregnancy. If you are pregnant the betaHCG values will be very high.
You have to consult a gynecologist and do an ultrasound to look for any left behind tissues in your uterus.
