General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Symptoms of a heart attack are sudden onset of left side chest pain which may radiate towards the left arm, shoulders, and jaw. It may accompany by sweating and an increase in a heartbeat along with dizziness and fainting sensation. There may be a sense of heaviness over the chest. Sometimes instead of left-sided chest pain, there may be epigastric pain which is sometimes confused with the pain of gastritis. The symptoms of stroke are a sudden loss of construction, weakness in one side or both side of limbs, sudden loss of speech or slurred speech. If you experience any of the above symptoms visit an emergency room as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
