What are the symptoms of a heart attack for women? I have bad pain right under my ribs and around my back cold sweats. my arm has been just bugging me for about 24 hours just slight discomfort. No pain in my chest. the pain lower is making it uncomfortable to breath?

If this is left side chest pain, with difficulty in breath, fatigue, dyspnea, then this need to be taken for EKG and this is only right test to rule out the infraction, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
