What Are The Symptoms Of Sjogren's Syndrome?

I have a mild care of Sjogren's and am wondering if it is connected to the following symptons.
I'm have excessive head, neck, and chest sweating that still happens to me even though I'm post menopause (I'm 66).
It's not random as it was earlier, but more related to happy excitement, anxiety, irritation, or physical effort -- especially bending over.
Also, the sweat has stained my bras. Could that be from the 4 enteric aspirin I take daily for my arthritis? However, it's not staining any other clothes.
Lately my body temperature has been fluctuating wildly and now I feel chilled sometimes when no one else is when we're indoors.
I see my rheumatologist on Wednesday, but I'm wondering what else may be going on.
Thank you.
