What Are The Symptoms Of IBS?

Hello, I have been having many stomach issues for the past year. I ve been to a few different doctors, with no luck of finding out what might be wrong. It started with quite a bit of stress in the beginning. I was nauseous 24/7, throwing up at least 8 times a day. I ve tried 6 different anti-nausea medications with no help, and been to the ER 4 times in a span of 3 months. I awake every morning feeling nauseous with pain and a full feeling in my middle abdomen. I ve had tests done that came back with no results. Is it possible that I could be experiencing IBS? Is IBS this painful and persistent? I would very much appreciate any help at all. I m not sure what to do anymore about the pain.
