Hi, yes , you put to a certain degree of risk of getting
HIV as you were the recipient in
oral sex with an infected person and had his cum fallen over your anal orifice. Since transmission also depends upon the status of patient/infectiousness ( depending upon Viral load/co-morbidity mainly STIs /whether or not on ART ), so howsoever there is smaller risk and you need to follow protocol of your country testing after proper
counselling (Integrated counselling and testing centre-ICTC ) so that you get awareness about about HIV -how spread and how not, meaning of negative and positive reports and other related matter. So you must visit ICTC and know your status and other information.
As far as PEP is concerned , in your case it is called 'nPEP' (Non-occupational Exposure Prophylaxis) you could have been thought of , but since you have not mentioned the time of exposure as PEP or nPEP does not work, 72 hours after the exposure , so we can't ascertain about giving you an nPEP prescription
Keep me posted.
