hi i have sex with some one that i donot know if has AIDS or not but accidentaly i drink a drup of his blood fromm a scar now 10 days past and i have one unilatheral painful lynph node on my neck near throat it is nottoo big but i am stressed if i get HIV i have nothing more i do not have fetigue or somthing else.thanx

Earliest HIV manifestation occurs only 4 weeks after the infection,if any. Your exposure is just passed 10 days. So your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV.
Testing for HIV is the surest way either to confirm or rule out HIV. There are many antigen based tests are available and reliable and conclusive 4 weeks after the high risk activity.
Regular manifestations of HIV as weight loss, Persistent fever, loose motions, cough, oral ulcers, skin diseases may likely to occur after 5-7 years or more and more severe diseases follow subsequently when the individuals immunity goes very low.
