I lost my virginity to a sex worker and the condom broke.After that life hadnt been easy for me.Had sleepless nights,loss in weight and apetite.It all hapened on 5th april,2011,this same year..I went for STI tests 15th may which include RPR,HIV,urine test and stool but nothing was found postive.I explained everything to the doc,he then gave me benzathine penicilin injection.He also told me i was fine and stuff.I improved a bit,but whats worring me is i cant get my weight back,i experience ocassional muscle twitching all over my body,almost daily.Atleast once a day which lasts for 15minutes.Chest pains and body aches.Sometimes i feel like bubble like gas coming from my lower abdomen and alot of stomach rumbling.Foods rich in fats make me have a diarrhea.Could it be chronic anxiety or acute HIV?For your records sake.I do drink,i started smoking in fever,but do it acasionally when i get drunk.Please help,reach me by email YYYY@YYYY in advance
