What Are The Symptoms Of HIV?

Hello Dr. Last week I kissed then recieved an unprotected blowjob from a prostitute while fingering her for about 5seconds. I did not cum in her mouth. Now since the incident I have been very stressed and have lost my apetite, therefore lost 3kilos in weight. Also I have been having minor headaches and have been in depression of getting Aids. Please advise whether the are HIV symptoms or is it mental stress. Please Help

You received a blowjob ,you clearly not mention it was vaginal sex or oral sex ( because you mentioned that you didn't cum in her mouth ).
Also fingering was there .
Now note down acute symptoms of HIV infections :
Fever, pharyngitis ( sore throat) , headache/retro-orbital pain ( behind eyes ) , lymphadenopathy, lethargy/malaise, arthralgias/myalgias, anorexia/weight loss, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.
Mucocutaneous ulceration ( tongue ulcers and mouth), erythematous mucopapular rashes.
As you mentioned that few of these symptoms present , so this is a cause of concern .
However, these symptoms may be due to stress related or HIV related .
So please get in rapid p24 nucleic acid amplification test for HIV infection confirmation (pcr rna).
The time period between initial infection and detectable antibodies to HIV antigen is after 2 weeks but not more than 3 months .
Usually oral sex is a much less mode of transmission of HIV BUT IT IS 100% IS NOT WARRANTED.
