What Are The Symptoms Of HIV?
hello.
10 days ago I had the first time getting sex from a sex worker. I was drunk and did not think right at that moment , the whole thing took nearly 30 minutes, since the last position accidentally the condom slipped - did not notice it - then I have came ( 3 min or lesss) once i pull my penis off I panicked that the condom slipped off .
after 10 hours or so I felt a wet sensation on tip of my penis . it's still there until this very moment .
in the last days I started panicking about STD/STI in general ,my work specialty is too particular that only found on couple of facilities which they takes medical test regularly as a protocol ( too much health restricted ) . any STD/STI will leads to firing me immediately .
I have a painful anxiety about those diseases in general and their circumstances which will leads to ending my career which led to low activity performance . I can not wait until any symptoms appears .
so what is the wet sensation that I have and can it be felt within first 10h of sex?.

STD after unprotected sex can be transferred if either of the partner is infected with STD.
First I want to eleviate your worry about HIV as in 10 days of time HIV do not manifest with any clinical symptom as symptom of HIV is not due to virus itself but due to secondary infection occur because of decrease immmune responce of body and it take long time to appear.
second other STD may manifest within 10 day period of time so you need to examined and investigated for that .as there are a number of microorganism causing STD so it is not possible to investigated for all of them .
wet sensation on tip of the penis may be due to some infection so need to consult to your physician for local examination of genitalia and further I would like to suggest you to send your penile discharge if any to microbiology lab for Gram staining which will guide us about infection .
You dont ned to worry as even if it is a STD it would be treatable as it is a acute infection but only thing is to consult your physician for local examination.
