What Are The Symptoms Of HIV?

Dear Doctors, HOPE you could help me by addressing my inquiry. Last 2nd week of Janaury got oral sex with a fellow guy...but no anal penetration. After a week I develop a sorethroat symptoms wich i dont took it seriously because I pressume that it is caused by adverse weather conditions. 3 weeks later... i now experiencing throat dryness and itchiness and can feel a tingling sensation and itchiness at the tip of my penis. My question is, had i cntracted HIV? If not HIV what infection has got me. I am on the 3rd of Antibiotic Theraphy prescribed by a Doctor. This Levofloxacin. Please help me go through this..becuase I am getting paranoid. Thank you and God bless always your endeavor. Respectfully, Wilson

Dear Wilson,
Basic concept in hiv transmission is that it is very less likely to be transmitted through oral route unti u got ulcers in ur mouth or ur mucosa is damaged .
Secondly hiv symptoms will not occur so rapidly as it has window period in which there will be no symptoms and every test will be negative except p24 antigen asaaay.
So ur not infected wid hiv..but supposedly u might be having a fungal infection.
