it means narowing of Lt anterior decendig artery.Clinacally there is more atherosclerosi
It is main artery supplying bood to heart. Narowing of that artery is quite serious
but how much narriwing is also inportant. Symptoms will be thatof Angina if signifi
cant narrowig ie Discomfort, substernal pain on exxertion etc. At times there are not
major symptoms usually in Dm. Thanks
