Hello dear user:
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully your problems and understood quiet well your concers.
You are telling us that have (hair loss/fallweakness in muscle ,weight loss, and irregular heart beat)
These symptoms look like Hyperthyroid symptoms :
May I know if you have other symptoms as follow:
Nervousness, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, nausea , tremor your hand or itching?
Did you have in your family (mother, fother , sisiter , brother…with Grave’s desease or other healthy problems)
I thought that you may have hyperthyroid withc occurs when the thyroid makes too much T4, T3 or both.
My advised is to consult endocronolg doctor that after complete medical history physical exam.
•     Your doctor may need thyroid hormone level in blood T3.Free T4 ,T4
•     TSH( low TSH level can be the fisrt sings of hyperthyroid )
•     Cholesterol level and triglycerid level (low cholesterol and triglycerid can be sign of an evelated metabolic rate)
•     Thyroid scan ( if the gl thyroid is overactivity)
•     Ultrasound (cam meause size of thyroid gland)
After all is hyperthyroid is diagnoses you must treatment with Antithyroid medications(unimazol, propilthyuracil, tapazol etc)
If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. I would be happy to help.
Thank you for using HCM for your health problems.
Kind Regards
