What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For Prostatitis?

I went to a urologist today and there s a high possibility I have prostatitis. During a prostrate exam my penis burned like fire temporarily. I was prescribed sulfamethoxazole-tmpds. Sometimes I smoke weed for my anxiety. Will weed affect my prostate more or intervene negatively with my medication ? Thank You.

Dear- thanks for using our service, I reviewed your question in detail and will give you my medical advise. The use of marihuana should not affect the prostate . There are some medical studies that have found that cannabis can help prostate cancer, but it is not indicated for the treatment yet. I will suggest to finish 10 days of sulfamethoxazole and should have an improvement of your symptoms.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
