What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For HIV?

Hi, I was recently in Thailand for a stopover on my way to the UK. Whilst there I got very drunk one night and picked up a Thai girl. I used a condom but realized partway through that it had broken. It was about two weeks ago. About two days ago I got a sore throat and runny nose, I have also been coughing and sneezing alot. I bought some throat gargle and garlic and am feeling much better. I am not used to the cold weather in the UK. How likely is it that this could be an early symptom of HIV (I have been worried sick for the past couple of days) or is it more likely to be a common cold?

hi

symptoms due to HIV do not appear too early as you are afraid of.

it might be due to common cold and weather change. take an antibiotic and continue garglings you will feel better.
if you want to rule out HIV infection take RT-PCR( reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction ) which detects HIV at early stages.
all the best
