hello doc, i had multiple sex partner these past years . and now i am always tired, feel sleepy and i always eating alot of food so i gain my weight, before last january was 52kg and now i am 61kg. do you think i am positive to hiv, i dont want to get test i am afraid.

First of all as your friend I will say it is not good to have multiple sex partners as it is high risk behavior for HIV so stay away from such practices as much as you can. Second thing is what symptoms you have mentioned are not suggestive of HIV so you need not to be afraid at present. The symptoms of HIV include continuous fever or diarrhea since one month, unexplained weight loss, other opportunistic infections and many more. Treatment for HIV is anti retro-viral therapy after an expert opinion. Thank You
